Some students may see an incomplete profile when they log into Moodle. This just means that you are not fully entered into the Moodle system. This may take 24-48 hours after registration.
Can't find your course in Moodle? Several online and hybrid courses do not use Moodle. If you are taking an online course make sure you read the Critical Information letter for your online course so that you know exactly what is required. You can find the Critical Information letters by following this link Critical Information Letters. At this time Art, Math, and Music online courses do not use Moodle for course work. If you have any questions please contact your instructor.
If you have registered for a course and paid your tuition you should be able to access your course by the first day of the semester if your instructor uses Moodle. If you registered late your course may not be available for 24-48 hours.
If it is the first day of the semester, your instructor uses Moodle, and you still do not see your course, contact the Help Desk at 636-922-8555.
Come July 1, 2014, we will no longer test or fix features and bugs found only in Internet Explorer 8. This does not mean that Turnitin will suddenly stop working in IE8, only that we can no longer guarantee full functionality long term. We hope that this six month notice will provide Internet Explorer 8 users time to prepare and move to a current version of one of these supported industry standard browsers:
Internet Explorer 9 | Firefox | Chrome | Safari
In order to ensure the stable and sustainable operation of Moodle SCC has instituted a routine maintenance window for periods when maintenance may impact availability. The maintenance window runs from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. each Sunday.
